With each day, Rebekah brings a smile to our life and teaches me to persevere. I have never seen someone work so hard or have such a sunny disposition. She inspires me to try again when I want to give up. She makes people feel warm and happy. She is engaging. She adores her family, especially her big sissy Kayla.
I wouldn’t change a thing about our family (well, maybe if I could just get a couple more hours of sleep each night!). It is tempting to say that I would wish away all struggles for Rebekah. But it is through her struggling and working that she has made such progress and we have seen the strong hand of the Almighty on our family.
As we grow and advance, I don’t ever want to forget where we started or the Hand that helped guide us to each step forward.
